A girl from bubbles

This magical story is about a girl. It gives us a lesson. What sort of lesson? Listen and guess yourself!

Once there lived a small girl in the Bubble land. It was a fairy land full of pretty colored bubbles. Life in this land was very easy. The inhabits of it did nothing but travel everywhere in their soup bubbles. So did the main character of the story Lisa.

One day Lisa decided to travel in her soup house which was light, weightless so that the flight in it was so soft and cosy. Up and down, up and down! Just land and take off again without thinking of anything. Yahoo!

But after several hours of flying the girl’s house-bubble suddenly broke and she miraculously landed sat on a flower.

Lisa lookedattentively around herself and gave a scream because she realized herself inside a water drop.There was not as cosy as in her bubble-house. There was cold!

The girl was rocking on the blades of grass until the drop broke.

-Again!-cried the frightened Lisa. She rushed with fear but fell down. Suddenly Lisa saw a beautiful meadow with many insects working on it. Hundreds of ants, bees, beetles were there. A pretty butterfly was sitting nearby and looking at the girl surprisingly.

Lisa asked her: - Tell me, a beautiful lady, where am I?

-You’re on the Earth, a pretty little girl.

-What is it, this Earth? What do you know about it?

- The Earth is big, it is in million times bigger than water drops or your soup bubble. But there’ssomething common between them: they are of the same shape – they are round. Life on the Earth is difficult but interesting! A motto of its inhabits is-“ No pains, no gains” , “As you sow, so shall you reap”. If you want to live here – follow these proverbs. Look at this bee – it is gathering honey, look at that ant – it is pulling crumbs to his home.

Lisa thought: a bubble – a drop of water – the Earth! Hmm! Objects can be the same outside but different inside! It is fantastic!

The girl compared her life in a soup bubble and a new one. Life in bubbles was easy but boring.On the Earth she had to work and Lisa liked this because it is interesting. Finally the girl said: - Dear butterfly, I want to stay with you and with all these inhabits.

-Well, I’m glad to hear that. But I think you’re tired now. Have a rest!

-Oh, no, thank you! I want to build a newhouse immediately. Now I know: never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!

The butterfly nodded and looked at the girl with smile.
